• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS (tracking may vary by location). Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• In resalable condition (free of makeup, stains, odors, or damage)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for our customer service team to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely package the item(s) with a copy of your original packing slip and mail to the provided address

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by us, plus an additional 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind or size exchanges.
